Seven things about your information

Effective October 2026. This is the whole policy; there isn't a longer version hiding somewhere.

We keep what the form or the call gives us. Your name, phone number, ZIP, the kind of job, and anything you typed or told us about it. From the phone system, the number you called from and, after the notice you hear when the call connects, a recording so the job details are right.
We use it to call you back, book the estimate, and do the job. Including filing the permits the job needs with the City, a suburb or the County, which involves your property address.
The people who see it are the scheduler, the estimator and the crew on your job, and the permit office when a permit is filed. Nobody else. We don't sell it, rent it, trade it or put you on a list.
Visits to this site are counted by a tool that works without cookies and doesn't build a profile of anyone. It tells us how many people read a page.
We keep job records for as long as the warranty and tax rules need them. An enquiry that doesn't become a job is cleared once it's closed. Call recordings are kept briefly.
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted once a job is finished, by emailing hello@buckeyeconcreteco.com. If you'd rather a call not be recorded, say so as it starts.
This site is for adults arranging concrete work. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and if this page changes the date at the top changes with it.
